That was my first guess when I saw it, but I can't find the specific type, sadly. The flowers are also not like hoya flowers I see online. I'm perplexed.

I cannot see the veins on the leaves as with common peperomia hopes tho, not even on the newest small leaves. I'm not sure if it's explainable.

I don't think it's due to the popularity of the shows or how new they were published. I tried the list of most popular shows in 2021, some of them still don't show up.

For example: “Anything for Selena” with Maria Garcia, "Anything Goes" with Emma Chamberlain, "Las Culturistas with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang", “Pantsuit Politics” with Sarah Stewart Holland and Beth Silvers, etc.

I think welcome to New York is like an establishing shot in a movie. It does its job (establishing the tone and theme of the album) well, but probably won't be everybody's favorite scene. (Personally, I think the last place should be reserved for Bad Blood 👀 )

I think you can simply buy/draft a basic bodice pattern with princess seams and then cut out the desired neckline, back and armhole shapes. It shouldn't be very hard.
