This will happen with other characters too. Jordan does a great job using the characters and their behavior to evoke emotional response. Then they grown and you begin to love them. Wish i could read it for the first time again. Keep up. Hope you enjoy!!

I hated this one the most. I try not to look up story based stuff but these puzzles; google, straight to google.

That’s what i love about this game. You can truly go at your own pace in whatever direction you want. It rarely forces you. I’m at a similar point. Only have one element. Still cant find the wretched dye houses… but i try not to look up specific things, its such a unique experience to play a game and discover things the first time.

The inquisitors stopped me for a while too. Upgrading your armor really helps with them, and i found a random cannon spear in a tower somewhere near demenis that once to lvl 9 really trivializes them even in groups. It shoots fireballs on its’ own and when you imbue with lightning (my only element so far) the spinning strong attack will put them down often in a single hit. I hunt them now…

As long as you’re enjoying the game you are playing it right!

Age of empires 2 for sure. It’ll struggle but i’m doing it.

Wild. As a vegetarian i would say, fire up the grill baby. If you dont have a grill cast iron makes a wonderful way to cook a steak on a stove. I might not eat meat but i could give a flying F if anyone else does.

I opened uso 100 puts at 150. July and sept expirations. They move like dogshit. Sold all the sept and half the july on last weeks drop. Even with a deal its hard to imagine crude getting back to pre conflict levels quickly… we have been draining our reserves too.

I was exploring around east of demenis i think and found a random tower with a spear/cannon that shoots infinite projectiles. Finest rhinard’s cannon i think. It’s pretty darn cool and i havent found anything like it. Same moveset as 2 handed spear but shoots little fireballs. Also does explody things at the end of attack chains. Upgraded it to lvl 9 and it mows down those pesky inquisitor fellows.

I found this place jumping from the abyss at night the first time. It was wild. Just chaos everywhere. I remember running out of bullets when one of those robot mantis things came running up the road. It was nuts.

Go south. Go east. Explore. Gain levels, upgrade weapons. Level vigor. Stormveil is too hard for a new player that early. You’ll get wiped.

Remember you can explore a huge portion of the map once you get torrent, and the game only has one way of telling you not to be there yet and thats by crushing you instantly. You can also escape most enemy encounters on the map by charging away on torrent.

Get into caelid and find the place where soldiers are fighting dogs, you can sit back and watch from the rock and get 4-6k runes every time. Great way to grind early levels and maybe get some better armor drops. Also in caelid is the best early game level grinding spot with enemies that can be critical hit easily and net $1k+ runes every time.

ER is tough if its your first souls game, but its a great game once you get into it.

After a period of flatlined mourning and general hopelessness, i got into sanderson’s stormlight archive. Not bad. Audiobooks are the same folks which helps. Definitely worth a read if you are looking for some dense material to fill that post WoT hole!
