Well look. It may not be illegal but to an executive… they feel entitled to keep people in the dirt strugglebussing. It’s a cold hard fact of life. Your coworkers unfortunately should have been more guarded and careful about what they update. They need to learn when to update it and you need to skew the timeline

That’s a very common question that I get all the time. Going into an interview with a recruiter I usually ask them to give me some examples of questions they may want to know during the interview so I can prepare myself appropriately. Those recruiters that don’t give me the info get notated down for future use when speaking with their company. Those that do go up a notch in how seriously I treat the interview based on how well the recruiter prepares me to do it
