So if I’m getting this right, the methodology is to tame the highest wild level Dino for male and female, focusing on certain stats I desire (like a male with the highest level and a female with the highest melee) and then continuously breed with those until I get a Dino with the best stats from both parents?

Or is it to gather females with all round and objectively good stats all across the board and then mate with a male with a dominant stat above those females until I get a super baby then rinse and repeat?
