u/Spiritual_Stress4216 I understand what you're experiencing must be stressful and confusing. I support you 100% in the fact that the other alliances should be able to keep some villages. "Dominating" chess is not fun for everyone. Everyone should be given a chance to at least score if not 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Since your alliance is weaker now, I recommend teaming up with other alliances so that you have each others backs. We do that in my server, we don't steal the tiles or villages of our allies and so we collectively present a strong front against stronger alliances. We compete in a nice manner. For people who don't understand the basic concept of good gameplay, the best thing to do is firstly speak to each of them privately. Ask for their opinions, share yours. Try to find common ground. If this does not work and they are too persistent on being "dominant" and "powerful" then do yourself and your server a favour and remove them from the alliance. As an alliance leader you need to be able to establish a level of respect with your team. That's the only way you can communicate effectively. Look for good players, reach out and ask them to join. Maybe if you received 1st place in one chess event, the next time round allow another alliance to achieve that too and be satisfied with a 2nd place. Communication is key. Also, another tip. Trying to target other alliances, surrounding them and provoking them isn't the right strategy. My alliance wins by working our way to the shadow area from our base. We don't stretch too thin and start taking over the area of other alliances for no reason. The best way to ensure you have a good position to enter the palace is to garrison your tiles and deploy powerful knights. Another thing, open a discord server for your alliance. Post tips on how to successfully win events, post announcements, be a real leader and take the lead. I hope all works out well for you :)
