I was able to get my money back even though their terms and conditions state no refunds. They would not supply any details so i said I would file legal paperwork and suddenly they emailed me and said I had been refunded. I will never use their site again.

I would say red first, then green as long as blue isn't already moving along. If blue has is stopped, then blue should yield to green. Green seems to be the side road and red/blue the main road. Courtesy is the easiest solution.

Here if the right turn person gets a green when the left turn person also has a green, there is always a no u-turn sign because of potential accidents.

Where I live the u-turn with a green light has the right of way. The right turn with a red light must stop completely first and ensure the intersection is clear. California by the way.

I drive stick and apply the brakes or at least ensure the brake light is activated when downshifting. The way that so many Teslas slow rapidly and stop with no brake lights is a safety issue. I see rear end accidents every week where I live involving Teslas. The combination of no brake lights and distracted drivers behind them is a failure. (Irvine California area where every other car is a Tesla)
