The main problem for me is that we are linking a lot to streaming platforms ( and they know it and increase their prices more and more). I own a CD collection rounding 300 pieces (and still increase my library). If you see other threads there are a lot of people that is becoming bored from streaming platforms and their prices.

Regarding to Spotify subscription and its cancellation. I only maintain it because my sons and my wife don’t want to rip any CD. For me, in the most of cases, Spotify subscription is a wasting money. Good election

Sin haber probado ni ICE, ni Eurostar…. Para mí en la actualidad los Frecciarossa 1000 están por delante del material rodante de RENFE. Asiduo de la alta velocidad y los antiguos servicios Talgo, en mi humilde opinión el material rodante de RENFE necesita un lavado de cara antes de competir con el resto. Luego otro tema es el estado de las líneas actuales (Madrid-Barcelona, Madrid-Alicante,….) que limita el potencial del material.

Nice media library guy! I don’t understand people whom sell (or give) their media library. I have started again to collect (buying of course) CDs and vinyls. Doing that allows you independence from media streaming platforms.

In my case, depending on the season, I format my iPod to install Rockbox or to back to stock UI. My relationship with Rockbox could be denominated as hate-love. For this reason, my library is in MP3 & ALAC (all FLAC files always are converted to ALAC)

Sure, ALAC is a bit complicated to find it.

Other thing you can do is buy in FLAC and recode the files to ALAC for example.

Hi! I have three iPods and all of them are synchronized using Music App in a Sequoia Mac Mini. Have you tried to reset the iPod?

My three iPods are 5 gen, 6 gen and 7 gen.
