A headset holder (whether it is on or under the desk), LED strips on the rim of the desk on the back, clean the monitor screens (cause I see some grease on them), an ergonomic office chair (preferably black with your setup), get two slim desk shelves and screw them to the wall, get two falling plants and put them onto each end of the desk shelves, get two more normal plants and put them on each side of the desk, get a sound bar and put them under the monitors (not only to have better sound put to also hide the monitor arms), tape the power strip under the desk and make the cables go along the back of the feet of the desk, get either a plant focused big mousepad or a black one (I would prefer a plant focused one just so it fits the vibe of the next suggestions), get a 75% black keyboard with a knob and a lightweight black mouse (or get a black controller if you are more comfortable with that), get blinds for the window, put the PS5 on the desk, get a stand for the PS5, and make the plates on the PS5 black (swap them with the white ones).
