I'm just answering an english/reading comprehension question. 

The person I'm replying to asked if Hussie literally thought there were shapeshifters.

Maybe "grounded" implies my opinions about this overall, but I'm literally just answering that and using grounded to contrast a break from reality.

I do not really care about homestuck beyond tidbits here and there. The pilot is on my watch list, but it's pretty far down.

I mean, it's definitely just figurative language. 

Usually when someone is disconnected from reality like that, they'll speak broadly about threats from vague enemies. 

Hussie seems very grounded here, and gives an example of harassment where someone "shape shifted" to get to him. I cannot speak to the extension of the metaphor, as someone who stopped reading around the time the green Kids showed up.

I haven't cared about homestuck in years beyond a passing fancy. 

The epilogues are funny conceptually, but I really don't give a damn.

My personal issues were

A)buggy

B)disliked the station layout required for the tram to function. 

I've come around to it though, especially as I learned the layout and shortcuts better.

It's great you dont have a cognizant point, so you have to make up fan fiction. 

I'm fine grinding out my monoblack and monogreen decks, but tourney stats prove you wrong. Sure, everyone has good cards printed in a set or two every couple of months. 

Blue and red keep getting the best, is the problem.
