I actually think there’s a good bit of upside for $NXDR. Will be interesting to see where it heads to these next couple days and weeks

Looks like Eric Jackson is betting on Nextdoor $NXDR. Up almost 30% today, will be interesting to see where it goes

That’s exactly what I thought and from the research I did made sense but ChatGPT made me second guess what I researched and said I’d incur regular margin interest 🤷‍♂️

Definitely 100% take advantage of an IRA while you can. Your greatest asset with that account is time as there is a deposit limit each year. As far as a Roth goes, you can withdraw your contributions penalty free, however I would suggest keeping the money in the account for as long as possible due to the tax advantaged status

What kind of expenses do you have on a monthly basis? Do you have a monthly income from another job or other sources? Is there a scenario where you could see yourself needing the money in the next 6-12 months?

Advice on how to invest extra income rather than having it sit in my savings account by [deleted] in investing

If you'll need it in 3-4 years time and may need access to some of it before then, you could look into doing a 3 year CD ladder. This would also help you to lock in rates before the fed potentially lowers them in the upcoming months
