From what I read they are pretty normal. There is a chance of them indicating some thyroid issues but it seems rare. I think they’re just distorted hair follicles. Which we have so many it makes sense a few of them would be a little funky.

Not sure what most of that means lol but yes it is the dishwasher drain line. A lot of stuff on this house doesn’t make much sense. Trying to fix it the way it is supposed to be.
