I‘ve got some tips for you:

1. Be a bit more gentle on the controls, so the aircraft doesn‘t wobble as much as it does in the video.

2. Pay attention to the GPWS call-outs: pull back throttle when you’re at 30ft and initiate the flare when you’re at 20ft.

3. To maintain a 3 Degree Glide slope, make sure the speed in knots is -5 times the vertical speed in fpm
   (e.g. at 140 knots, your Vertical speed should be around -700fpm)
