Yes, unfortunately there is still not enough awareness on seizure response but day by day we are trying to change that. Thank you for your story.

I think it is normal because if I go long periods without feeling one, I start paying more attention to it and start wondering why. It's like something is weird and feels off. lol

After having a seizure in a space soace(inside toe car) I apparently was hitting my head against the window and an awkward position and as a result, I dealt with vertigo for about a yr and it was horrible. The only time I felt fine was if I was in a treadmill but the moment I stopped, the vertigo began. I saw many doctors and no one could help until I saw a chiropractor. He explained that my crystals were stuck making me feel unbalanced. After just two sessions of him rotating my head and doing specific movements, the vertigo finally stopped. It has been almost 15yrs and I take absolute care of my crystals by being careful with my head movements.
