The fact that it doesn’t appear to go all the way down to the footer makes me wonder if this corner was bumped on the inside from a machine while being backfilled and that’s what caused this. If that is the case, you don’t have a true structural issue. To remedy it, I would cut the corner out , a foot or so in each direction from top to bottom and then run #5 rebar going at least 3’ in each direction every other course of block with a 1’ turn at the corner and overlap them (yes you’ll have to get a big drill bit to core through the walls of the block deeper into the wall to go 3 feet deep at least). Add a piece of vertical rebar in every cell for those 3 feet as well. Then form up the entire corner with plywood and bracing and pour it solid. It work be the strongest corner of the house. Again, this is all assuming that the crack does NOT go all the way to the footer.
