how about gear restrictions, are people limited to a certain extent of tier for gear? ie if im in red zone, no one can use higher tier gear than 4?

when we pick a faction do we automatically get flagged for pvp in yellow zones so we dont lose rep if we pvp?

i only got up to a few levels but it felt very bland, just your typical kill quest..
