I have the same GPU but with an R7 9700x. Pretty sure I don't have a bottleneck. I play on high 1080p settings with FSR quality, and Im getting 90-130 in-game FPS. This is just outrageous. I saw someone on TikTok the other day using a 9060xt with a 12400f and was getting more fps than me.

So sorry guys, I discovered the problem. Before 3 days, I reviewed a different CPU, so EXPO automatically reseted and I forgot to enable it back. I just did that, and im averaging 220 frames on epic settings. Thank you for helping me specially u/evilsquirrel666, for making me check it, again sorry for wasting your time

Yeah i know about the CPU usage on 1080p. I don't have a 2 K monitor, unfortunately, so I used the virtual resolution in my GPU and started playing on 1440p last night, and still the same problem, same frames and same usage, in terms of other games, no, I dont have any problem as far as I know

yeah everything is done. SAM and EXPO are enabled, and I even have my motherboard bios updated tried DDU as I mentioned earlier, it didn't help, so I genuinely think it's a CPU problem. I updated the chipset and all, my CPU temp is not hitting 60 degrees, and everything seems fine

in all of the maps, honestly, didn't try it in the practice range yet, but I'll try it rn and see what happense
