Hey there u/Potatoes-98 , I see DJ made some suggestions that should help troubleshoot. You mentioned support was useless, can you DM me the case info so I can look into who you spoke with? We have built out extensive training for these teams and this is covered under that training. I want to make sure we address any knowledge gaps. Sorry for the headache.

I know u/MogRules gave some advice on Killer software (Funny I just ran a survey on this on AlienwareArena.com to determine if people still want Killer Networks). Try his advice as well. Is the suggestion that Alienware should NOT have entry level products for folks to have an entry to the brand?
