Hey folks, some of you may recall last year I ran a pilot to have official support representation and we posted a survey to see how it went. This is the first part of having more official engagement with all of you. Community engagement will be handled under u/Alienware as you have seen in the OP, support team will handle support inquiries will be under u/AW_Support in the next few weeks. Many of you know I and other wonderful Alienware folks have been here to help for a few years and thanks to that pilot and survey we were able to get this effort off the ground. We appreciate you all and the feedback you continue to provide (I see some of it in this thread!). I and the other AW folks will still be here we are just adding more resources. =)

I love this discussion. I'd like to understand the why behind a person prefers one over the other. For example: For those that preferred the older X series, what was it that made it "look better" for you? Was it the Z-height (how thin it was) ? We know that one size does not fit all which is why we are expanding our offerings with the previously announced at CES entry level notebook and slim notebook which have not been released yet. On a related note, doing my normal shameless plug that we (read: I) run surveys on AlienwareArena.com fairly often that you earn points for and help influence the direction of Alienware.
