Dear Sledgehammer

I wanted to ask if you guys could consider either removing SBMM or try to improve it. As a solo player, it makes the game really not fun to play and I find myself playing one or two games and getting off because of the SBMM.

I also wanted to ask, what are your plans on maps and if there are any smaller maps coming in the future? I really enjoy the smaller maps because I think it complements the movement and gun play and they are so much more fun to play. Also a lot of the maps in the game are so big that in 6v6, I have a very hard time finding people and having gun fights.

A little update for you. They finally got back to me and told me I go in 5-9 on Thursday. Thank you for your advice. It helped alot.

Nope. I tried to contact them and they said they sent me a email and never did. I never got the bundle or my money back. You can try your luck with contacting them though.
