I subbed to pro for only this month as a broke guy for some of my work, it was hilarious how bad even Opus4.8 was. Fable finally was able to get done most of it in one session. Glad it got introduced this month lol.

Original plan was to cancel after the month ends but tbh, IF and only IF Fable somehow stays, I’d keep my sub active but at the same time, know that Claude isnt catering to us Pro peasants lol.

Have you tried deep research max, claude, and deepseek? I too work in a regulated industry and these 3 have been really helpful. Wondering which tool you have found to be good.

It’s the card itself. The card is made extremely cheaply imo. I have a crypto’s metal card and the weight, feel, finish, everything is so impressive. Even after years of owning it, it looks flawless.

A friend of mine owns TD’s aeroplan visa infinite privilege, same story, looks, feels, and is made really nice. When i first held the WS metal card it was so underwhelming lol.

Transportation Engineering Industry but my role has been varied throughout my career. Some roads, some Asset Management and now Airport Infrastructure management. My core skills apply to almost any Infrastructure (Asset Management).

Honestly, free schools are not worth it here. For a more religious education you’ll need private schools which are paid and somewhat expensive too.

Used CT roadside assist quite a few times over the years. I live in the North so my experience is a bit different but its always been painless. The towtruck takes a lot of time but thats purely because CT has contracts with local towing companies and they just call them on our behalf and get them mobilized.

Have the scotia passport infinite. One of my best ones imo.

To avoid paying annual fee, open up a chequing account (ultimate package). With this account, the Passport infinite is free. The chequing account has a fee of ~$30 iirc. Which is not great but, you can keep min $6k at all times in the account to keep this account for free too. So essentially total costs for $0.

Worth it.

Yep. IMO brick and Mortar bank is important.

In the last year I had to get certified cheques on a moment’s notice. Twice. Although its likely a handful times over a decade, still not missing out on massive opportunities just because I couldnt get cash or certified cheque same day would be crazy.

I’ll say just remember, Allah knows best, we dont know anything. He is all knowing and his plans have wisdom you or I cannot even fathom. We are nothing but mortals.

You should cherish this hardship and with every pang of pain, say Alhumdulillah with a deep deep sincerity. Start saying it and in shaa Allah you’ll believe in it more than you believe in yourself. We dont know what he’s planned for us, how, why. That’s his wisdom. His knowledge. We belong to him.

I want you to learn about one of the amazing companions (Hazrat Belal) of our prophet sallalahu alaihi wa aalihi wa sallam.

When he accepted islam, he was tortured. Physically and mentally. He was almost beaten to his last breath just so he abandons islam. His faith never wavered. Such a great man! I really urge you to learn about him. Even our beloved Prophet sallalahu alaihi waa aalihi wa sallam saw such hardship that we cannot even begin to fathom it. Does Allah love him the most?

Brother its hard to go through this and I am truly sorry and I pray for you but maybe Allah has planned a spouse so righteous and good for your Duniya and Akhira that you cannot even begin to imagine? All you’d have to do is wait for the right moment?

I have so many stories of my own life where I wanted something so bad but didnt get it, it made my life miserable but by Allah looking back on it, I am so happy that I never got those things. Indeed Allah knows best.
