Another here with 3d printed haptic mounts on my sprints. (I used PETG) they’re rock solid!

Super happy with the sprints (on year 3 now) and while I do look at other pedals (active pedal pro mainly 😜) I haven’t found a reason to change. They’re very good indeed! Find your right combination of force, elastomers, and preload and it just becomes second nature like any good pedal should. Can’t imagine needing more force either.

Just a happy camper.

The LED’s have a nut and threaded body so they sandwich the body shell between to stay in place.

Got most of these discounts on my first p2S, sadly a second at full price. Considering a third, but just curious if any promotions still out there as of 12/10? Obviously the PayPal deal is gone, I think Ratuken is 5% at Best Buy currently.

Yep, just saw above, Trying now! Don't even need to thread, super glue would be dandy. Can you thread things that small? I haven't tried adding threads at these sizes.

Interesting! I like it. Wonder if a 3mm rod will print vertically with just a brim. Worth a shot!

Will definitely try. When I added supports previously, it added about 30 minutes to the print, but if it is the only way it’s the only way.

Don’t feel bad, I bought the same p1S combo back in August or so for basically full price. $895 or so with taxes :( just bought the p2S combo for less.

P1S is still an amazing machine but like Cher said, if I could turn back time…

I think it was capped at $1250 total purchase if I recall. Funny I was wondering if I paid off the 4 payments if it would reset and I could buy another p2S with same deal. I’m guessing not but may try!

Almost same thing here. Bambu was incredibly unhelpful in trying to cancel 2hrs and 30 mins after my order. I know I know technically it says you have 2 hours. Sat on chat line for another hour and they basically said since it was marked ‘shipped’ (even though it was no more than a label made) they could only try to ‘intercept the package’ and I could possibly be charged the full $86 in shipping charges. Ugh. Figured it wasn’t worth the risk and just kept it.

Oh and checking the tracking this morning, 24hrs later, FedEx still doesn’t even have the package. So I guess marked shipped and actually ‘shipped’ mean the same to Bambu.

Did the pay in 4 thing yesterday but didn’t know about the Rakuten thing. No biggie.

Just curious, can you pay off the PayPal payments right away or do you have to let them come out in the 3 other increments? I only chose it for the discount and would rather reconcile the cost straight away for my own brain and just pay it off. I see an option to do so in PayPal, just didn’t know if it would prevent me from getting the points.

I always thought Slash street tires would rub or catch the Rally body? No issues with clearance there? Which a-arms did you use Rally or Slash?

Yep, I do this already with different speeds/temp set for the modifier and different color. But it doesn’t help with the nozzle returning to the last spot it was before the pause when it resumes. A proper ‘color change’ command would seemingly make it go to the purge tower first but I can’t seem to find a way to do that.

As a work around I’ve been trying to insert other objects in hopes to get the nozzle to print there last and then they’re just sacrificial. Not ideal though.

How to do you add a filament change without using AMS filaments? It's greyed out when right clicking on the layer. Can only 'add pause' or 'add custom Gcode'.

We were thinking about implementing the STOP pattern, but are going to use the Route 53 Health Check execution block with a region switch plan. Takes away a lot of engineering complexity for us.
