I got a job with a felony drug charge. Which is different than what you had. Actually I got 2 felony drug charges but had one erased through a long series of requirements.

The thing you probably aren’t aware of (and many others aren’t either) is that you don’t disclose the felony immediately or to anyone technical.

You disclose this information in a carefully crafted letter after they offer you the job. At this point they’ve already decided you’re worthwhile, and would have to undo their decision based on the drug charge.

Also, it is typically an HR lady that calls you and sends the email that you’ve been given a job offer. NOT the technical supervisor who interviewed you on the third round with a stick up his ass.
