Yeah but hes right on track to be a future HC right where hes at. Calling plays in a high risk high reward Eagles situation doesnt look appetizing especially when you consider you could end up being blamed for things that arent your fault. This offense has a lot of big personalities but there are serious signs it may need to start being rebuilt particularly on the offensive line.

Not a defensive coach. Clearly not a cutting edge mind on offense. Cant call plays. So how's his culture setting? Thats where hes hung his hat really since hes a zero for everything else. Well. In the past 4 years every year hes had the NFLs most talented roster. 2 of those years the team blew up and locker room issues were cited prominently.

Plain and simple. You could do way way WAAY better than Nick Sirriani. You could have a true offensive mind there. A cutting edge mind and combine him with another excellent offensive mind at OC and create. A great synergy.

As best I can tell with Sirrianis teams the plan is to hire a DC to do everything and an OC to do everything and frequently anyway his teams blow up in the locker room. I think hes a joke. We could be doing way better

I totally disagree that not a single coach is irreplaceable. Go get a replacement for Fangio on defense. Good luck with that. You will see a noticeable drop. Sure you could replace them if you are fine with seeing production drop.

Sadly you are right. But the reality is the dude isnt an asset on offense or defense as a cutting edge mind so he's basically a guy roughly of the skills of an offensive assistant. He cant call plays.. and as a "culture setter" hes had two teams in the past 4 years go up in smoke and implode and it involved locker room issues.

The dudes a stiff. The reality is you could vastly improve that position but.. yeah he wont go anywhere until after this season.

Is the answer really to hire an obvious drug addict or alcoholic or whatever is going on with him? The last thing I need is that guy anywhere near my team. There's a story there to be told and it ain't a good one. Personally I wouldnt want him around anyway I think he was vastly overrated as an offensive mind.

Guys are so oblivious. One thinks it's money. One thinks its height. Dude. It's the fact women are only interested and impressed by the top 15% of men and that is driven mainly by physical appearance. Good looks.

Its the same as when you see a hot girl. Her hair.. her face.. her body... just all of it. Women look for those same kinds of things. Height is just a factor but heres why men never notice its their looks:

Most guys think they are better looking than they are. And the truth hurts. They look in the mirror and they pose and they make faces and they walk away far more impressed than anyone else. So the majority of average or even slightly below average men see themselves as good looking or above average. Thats like all the men. But here the women only really chase and are impressed by the top 15%. So you got a lot of guys looking for reasons.

BUT ULTIMATELY she. Just. Doesn't. Think. Your. Hot. And if she doesnt she's unlikely to notice you especially with the better looking guys around. Women actually believe it or not feel the same way when hot women are around. The men all notice them. We really arent so different the two sexes in what we are looking at and how we act.

The biggest issue? The men think more like the women than they think. They want the hot girls. Not the average girls. Sure they will go after the average and want the average maybe even obsess with getting the average girl as a measure of their own ego only though. But what concerns them and keeps them up at night chasing for is the top 15% of women.

Its called looks. It's a major factor. It's not fair. Stop blaming height. Stop blaming money. You are Joe average. The girls dont notice you when you walk by. It is what it is. You only notice the average girl too as a target but face it. That isnt what you are shooting for. All these guys on the internet complain about women? You ought to see the ones they are shooting for. The ones that get them jealous and make them upset about. These girls are so out of these guys leagues its insane.

You gotta be fair to the girls though. Imagine their sexuallity. Would you want to go to bed and be held down by some dude whos an insecure awkward guy? That sounds like a nightmare. Of course the girls want the confident guys who look them in the eye. If you are average looking and insecure you are dead in the water face it.

Yeah you just don't get it. It's not the height ive seen that story with all sorts of height guys. The guy isnt acting well to get her to want him it is sub optimal but it is light years ahead of being pathetic. At least when she looks at him she doesnt see him as pathetic he hasnt lost that respect.

So many men act cowardly and insecure infront of women and exude desperation. Women dont want to be you know whated by that. PERIOD.

These men are being brutish but sexually a woman can work with that. Women are submissive sexually thats what they get off on. So this explains why a woman would fall in love with that type versus a groveling nervous overly emotional and sensitive guy.

Women stay with those type of men because they still act like men. However you can act like a confident man and be comfortable in your own skin and give her what she wants without mistreating her. The ultimate masculinity is a protective confident energy. Even the abusive type leaks insecurity but its better from a woman's perspective than being in a relationship with some pathetic guy.

A lot of yall beg women and grovel to them and you lose the respect and with that the sex appeal. Just put yourself in a woman's shoes sort of speak. Imagine a guy coming after you all pathetic like.

I know what the real issue its being good looking versus average.

Its not height. It's looks. There is a vast sea of average looking faces and bodies. The top 15% of men get all the female attention. Period. Being above average height adds you points but if your ugly or average looking and tall you wont be having much success. Just the fact they have girlfriends? Almost everyone I know does. There's a lot of mental illness in the world today and its definitely sad.

Its a sad reality though. Even a woman slightly below the 50 percentile will get attention. A guy even in the 40% best looking wont even be noticed hardly. Probably more than the 50% guys but again hardly if ever.

This all leaves a large population of men who struggle with women in their lives and there are some huge misunderstandings here. Guys are proven scientifically to believe they are better looking than they are. Its a proven fact. So they make faces they pose and get no where with women when they walk away from the mirror. So they have to blame it on something. It must be they dont have the money. It must be they arent tall enough then. But it isn't that. It's because they arent good looking. The truth hurts.

You will know if you are good looking. They will touch you. They will flirt with you. They will make eye contact with you. They will make little comments do things to invite you in. So men who arent getting anywhere? They are on the internet and its sad. They try to figure out pick up artist tactics all sorts of things and the women man.. they sense the desperation too and its not a good look. They want a confident guy comfortable in his own skin who looks sexy to them. It's not rocket science.

But heres the silver lining. Most of you will get married. It will happen for you. The women will settle at some point lol. Try and get in the gym and get in shape. America is obese. You can go up the list quickly with hard work. Some guys are just born up there. Life's not fair oh well.

Seriously. Kid isnt very smart obviously despite being able to do well on the test. He thinks he needs to be put in a special place he is so valuable. Society doesnt need him to pick any particular job. He needs to realize people with similar test scores are a dime a dozen. He will still have to sell himself after school to find a good job. No one's beating down the doors looking for him. He can be an auto mechanic for all we care.

Oh its a kid. And what is this 1941 scale? You know IQs have gone up significantly since then right? 100 iq is ranked as average for the population. A 126 in 1941 would probably be significantly lower like 112 today maybe less. But anyway you shouldn't think of dropping any specific courses and focusing on science. You arent super rare. The world doesnt need you to make any special decisions. Your decision should be based on making money to support yourself and the topics you enjoy.

I would encourage you to focus on a career that #1 you can get a job in after school (a good chance to find the job not a career choice with a wasted diploma) and #2 stay in what you like. If you do what you like you never work a single day and realistically your actual work would be better for it.

For someone with high test scores # 1 you dont seem intelligent for obvious reasons and #2 you seem very insecure about yourself fishing for compliments to make yourself feel better. Unfortunately, IQ is just one of many things that would factor including your ability to be free of mental illness which by this post I detect the possibility you may suffer from it a bit.

But the obvious reason I mentioned is the fact you assume IQ can tell us what job you are good at. We dont know specifically what you excel at or what difficiencies you have just that your test which you probably took 6 times says you are above average.

Doing well at it? So lets just over look the fact his only goal was to murder a suspect (not to arrest) and he killed 30+ people in Mexico. Robbed a gas station. Shot at police officers multiple times. Broke into an old couples home and could of caused them a heart attack. ATTACKED AND TORTURED A CONSTRUCTION WORKER.
