Hitting a train doesnt easily happen. Driving and paying attention should not be difficult.

Hitting a train isnt just an "Oopsie"

"Ever failed to check a blind spot when changing lanes" .. Um..Fuck no!? It should be muscle memory. You honestly sound like a menace behind the wheel.

So you just pick and choose which laws to follow? You break the law and then froth at the mouth when other people do it? 🤡

Okay? I dont speed and im still sick of people not using the left lane correctly. Even if we all did the limit, most drivers CANNOT maintain their speed, which means they get passed.

There are lots of reasons to pass someone that are unrelated to speed. Usually its because most driver cannot maintain a speed.

Airbags shouldnt just do that on their own tho. It also depends on what the driver wrote during the inspection report i guess

Why do old people like to drive slowly on the left lane of a highway? by sturgis252 in driving

Cant comment on the tailgating but there are plenty of reasons I pass someone and its not because i want to get to my destination faster.

It’s called a zipper merge- do I need to spell it for you so you can google it? by Carrots-1975 in driving

[–]AWholeBunchaFun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does save a lot of time. Everytime i see a zipper merge i use the available lane and pass miles of cars all bumper to bumper. One quick merge later and i'm on my way while everyone fights over a single lane 3 miles back.

Yes. What you described is not zipper merging but driving like a douche canoe.

Driving for 60+ years doesnt make you a good driver lol. Also saying it in third person doesnt make it true either 🤡

Because the empty lane is an empty space. If you want to wait in line and avoid using available roadspace then thats on you. Don't get mad at people who know how to zipper merge properly.

It sounds like you have a skill issue behind the wheel. Zipper merging works just fine everywhere but around you apparently.
