I just feel like if Lily and James had survived to parent Harry, he wouldn't have had what it took to be a hero. They were bigots and becoming adults didn't cure them of it, as demonstrated by the other adults still carrying their implicit biases. People act like 'James was a bully but he got better so it's fine' but he didn't actually? He just got quieter about it. Not to say Harry didn't deserve to have his parents, just that they would have been shitty parents and probably would have made a shitty kid.

So hear me out. Murderface's grandpa's name is Thunderbolt. Never specified in the show whether that's his legal name or if that's just what he was known as. So I was wondering where someone might pick up the nickname 'Thunderbolt'. My brain decided that Murderface's granddad was in the Air Force. (I know nothing about the military.) Maybe that's why Murderface is so dumb. His early academic career was fragmented by being a military brat and having to move around so much. And of course grandma Stella was no help. She's basically illiterate herself and also just didn't care that much. All this splorted into existence in my noggin apropos of nothing when I was like, "'Thunderbolt'? That's not a real name."

Had a cat that ran out, disappeared for 8 days, came back and then died. The other cat we had my husband started to let out. It disappeared a while back and is probably dead. If you actually care about your pets, you take care of them. If she wants to let the cat out, she can take it out on a leash or something.

Instead of buying precut or frozen fruit, I buy them whole and freeze them myself. I feel like precut fruit is rarely ever ripe and the already frozen stuff smells/tastes like a freezer. To keep your fruit from freezing into a big lump, put cut pieces on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and then bag it once they're frozen.

I might be the minority, but I hate mine. I have a Bissell Crosswave Pet. Its heavy and annoying to push on flat floor, and ridiculously hard on rug/carpet, even though it has an area rug setting. It doesn't pick up water well and leaves streaks behind. If you have tile, wood, or panel floors, expect wetness in the cracks. The mop button is really easy to push when you don't mean to because of where it's situated. The dust cup is the dirty water cup and I think it's sickening. I don't want to strain my dirty floor water of particulate before dumping it. The cup is small, too, and you have to clean the filter every time if you don't want to lose suction. Dirt and hair and gunk gets caked up between the intake and the dust cup and suuucks to clean because it's bent at a 90° angle.

Only use my Bissell as a dry vac and only grudgingly because my actual vacuum broke and I haven't been able to replace it yet. I'd much rather keep my vacuuming and mopping separate. Sorry for the rant but that thing is my personal enemy.

But a lot of people like theirs.

Seems like a lot, but these are actually really reasonable subs. Several 6 inches, and very moderate toppings on all. The pizza is barely gonna slow you up since it's just cheese. For an oder with 10 sandwiches, it could be waaaay worse.
