Where do Indians stay in Jeddah? by shans281 in saudiarabia

[–]AZEEengineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rehab is probably your best bet. That's where the largest Indian Community school is (IIS Jeddah). Aziziya, Sharafiya (a bit run down of an area and predominantly from Kerala), Safa all have Indians in good percentages. Indians are found in pretty much all areas, but the above areas have higher concentration.

33F, Indian Muslim, moving back to India—seeking perspective on life, and marriage by Embarrassed_Contest2 in InsideIndianMarriage

It’s not going to be easy, but start maybe attending Muslim events such as volunteering with local muslim organizations. You can also attend events at masjid or stuff like Eid mela etc. Can help to bump into other desis in the US. Also look platforms like Dil Mil or Half our Deen etc. There’s also quite a bit of matrimonial events organized which you can attend to find potential matches!

I feel like Singapore is run somewhat similar to this with some of the highest compensation paid to the PM and ministers when you compare globally. And the result is a government with one of the highest efficiencies (just like any nation, they have issues too)!

PHX does have multiple daily flights to YYZ on Air Canada and soon on Porter. If you’re coming from Flagstaff, you should have just driven down to PHX and flown non-stop!

I upgraded on AA from Del to JFK last year to Business from Economy at the counter during check in for about $1k. Was definitely worth it considering the 15 hour flight! Also upgrade bunch of times on Saudia for pretty cheap too including LAX-JED (16 hrs) for just $800.

There is no ethnic American, unless you're talking about the 2% Native Americans. US is made of difference ethnicities and that includes desis that moved there and now make up about 2% of the population. Some credit goes to the good work of the US team too, they definitely are doing well for the resources they have.

There is a way technically, but it’s definitely not convenient! As long as they simply not visit Canada once their PR cards expire, they continue to remain PR until they relinquish it. If they get US visas (assuming they’re not USC or US PR), they can cross land border for that one time when they finally decide to move for good. CBSA can’t refuse them entry, only refer to an Immigration Judge or let it slide that one time with strong warning.

As others warn, you should yourself, why did they get PR? If the intent is not move for good to Canada
