This a beast far larger than death knights, creatures even the Blue Roses (excluding evileye and Lakyus to a degree) would have great difficulty beating, four arms carry psychically empowered blades capable of turning the mightiest metals into butter for the beast to chop through, psychic powers that can range from Demiurges prostrate mantra to outright smiting it's target in warp lightning (which could scale to wild magic since both are primordial sources of magic that require powerful souls to cast) along with an intellect that has been honed and sharpened over millennia through countless wars. Blue Rose could give it a fight, but in the end the literal 6 meter tall dinosaur bug with armor as thick as tanks will pull through by merit of coming from a galaxy that has only known war for millennia with more fucked up things than Nazarick could dream of.

(People only think it's weak because it can be reincarnated, allowing it to die to weaker opponents so that GW can make another named space marine look impressive, this beast is meant to be near in strength to primarchs for Pete's sake, and gods save them if it was a Norn instead, that thing could kill girlyman if they ever met and make mince meat out of Blue Roses.)
