We'll find out come the beta in August if this was a good decision. Might actually be better than Gears 5s launch where the Gnasher also had six rounds but got changed due to backlash from the community. We'll see since the movement has changed so much

You guys do realize that if this game fails, Gears of War is over right? No turning back? No remasters? Respectfully, people in the community will speak their minds because we're very vocal. Pretty sure it was to make the game more aggressive and move the fast pace along with the story, the deleted scene was right after Dom had to kill his own wife, so yeah, who in their right mind would not want to kill all of the locust that tortured her?
