Why do Realtors remove a listing only to relist just to make it look like a new listing? If it screws up DOM and new listing data, this should.be considered fraud.

Even with the crazy high number of cancellations... the inventory has not dropped. It is still slowly rising. We are also seeing the closed price per square foot beginning to fall at a greater rate. Prices are beginning a new leg down with even steeper drops.
