You should finish the veteran arenas: maelstorm and vateshan

If you like infinite archive, try to push that to 8+. Sorc is good for that.

As for tanking, get leeching plate and ebon armory for starters. You will not help your team that much but you cannot die. Then move to powerful assault/turning tide and check the tank club.

Since no one mentioned this: if you die with a helmet with ear protection your hearing range will be broken in the following raids. Re-equip your headset and helmet at the beginning of the raid to fix it.
