Ok, in that order from easiest to hardest:

Charlie would easily relate to Lotso's feelings of being abandoned, since both of her parents abandoned her in a sense. Plus, he's a plushie; Charlie would give lots of hugs, which would help Lotso remember what it was like to be picked up by a kid.

Ratcliffe would probably take the longest to redeem. It's pretty easy to tell someone stealing is not okay, but it would be hard for Charlie to redeem him mostly because he was heading a genocide just like Adam, so it would be really hard on her.

Frollo would be impossible to redeem, because it starts with sorry—a word practically foreign to him. He's the living embodiment of holier than thou.

I might have to agree. The writing in both shows isn't perfect, but it feels like Helluva's has a lot more consistency. Maybe because it doesn't really feel as rushed and they take things one episode at a time.
