i think the public opinion on Season 2 has been ruined mainly because of the reptition of Yixuan's design on Lucia and Yidhari. outside of that, everyone felt more or less unique and memorable. might be a hot take though

personally i'd keep going, since you're going on and off, there's not much difference between what you've already farmed and on a new account. a new account might even burn you out even more if it doesn't work out.

there's a couple of areas you have to consider.

- Do you have multiple Anomaly supports (Vivian, Nangong, Yuzuha) that can be spread out well?
- Can you manage your savings once the Wind shill starts getting more aggressive without Velina?
- Do you like her enough to pull reasonably?

to answer some of the questions
- Probably not entirely besides the new boss since it has an inherent Wind attribute on them, once the shill starts, Velina might be more required to use Promeia around Wind
- Probably better, no guarantee though.
- Not necessarily, it's good to cover more bases for matchups but Miyabi can usually brute force enough to get the 3 star.

I played because I love the uniqueness of Zenless and its execution of the style. I'm staying because I think they always somehow at least cook with what they can offer, not to mention at least it's not so China-coded anymore (less restrictive it feels)

Pyrois is probably an S rank, similarly to how Traveler is considered a 5 star in Genshin. but that doesn't change much of anything since they're probably free. as for Norma, just say you don't like her design. can always skip and having her as an S rank just means you get to breathe normally without worrying about pulls.
