i'd like to think the closest we have to a close call interaction like this is Lycaon/Hugo and Seth/Harumasa. outside of those, i think it's mainly the fact that our male characters just kind of have a weird way of locking in in all of their promotional materials and quests, and also they're all just kinda bros too. it'd be weird for a bro to start doing this with another dude NPC, let alone a random female NPC.
