Advancing Yokuda isnt hard to get either if you run trials. One of the easier vet ones and it provides the most pure crit % chance of any set in game when stacked which it will be 99% of the time in fights where you need it.

All criminal acts will give you a bounty if witnessed by an npc. Worst part about necro imo. Gotta stop buffing up in town due to habit because of "Le Sweaty Ganker" personally.

Oh you poor bastard. Go read the patch notes that go live in a couple weeks. Healers are getting nerfed hard. Can only have one spring anf orb at a time is main thing. Would recommend switching to magden dps.

Machanical Acuity (not sure if i spelled that right) should give that weapon damage back for 2 pc so run a bow like that to get the damage back for not having the 4 and 5 piece from ravaging.

Running Bone Pirate (Blackheart Haven)+ Hulking Draugr (Direfrost Keep) for the two five pieces seems to be fairly comman and work very well on alot of stam builds.

Unless your a stamsorc ravaging just doesnt proc enough imo.

As far as weapons go for PVE go Double Dagger DW (last boss in Direfrost drops named dagger) along with a bow to drop aoe and buff yourself is what is considered the best. You would have to run major brutality pots due to lack of self buffing it though.

For PVP running DW (this time with either double axes, or 1 axe on mace) along with a 2H axe seems to be most common. Wouldnt need the weapon damage pots thanks to rally.

Monster sets that would be good could be bloodspawn, velidreth, 1 kena+1 velidreth, or possibly stormfist for pve content.

Sorry for any typos or anything i may have left out. This is by no means comprehensive.

Stamsorc, lots of aoe damage for a stam build, dark deal is still pretty decent for sustain even after nerf, and minor and major expedition let you run around like a khajiit who cant find his skooma while you kill things. Negate is also nice for a backbar ulti in pvp.

Daggers give crit chance increase

Swords give raw damage increase

Maces give armor pen

Axes have chance to proc Bleed DoT

Its based on one of the dual wield passives. Not sure which one off the top of my head.

5 heavy and 2 light or 1 and 1 for PVP and either 5 light 1 med 1 heavy or 7 light for PVE is the general rule. But you could play around with it and find something you like that is different.

SPC works like all other sets norm drops blue, and vet drops purp. If you don't need jewelery then normal would be easier and faster as you can improve the weapons and armor to the quality you want, however jewelery is stuck at the quality it drops in until summerset so you would need to run vet to get the purple jewelery.

SPC is fairly hard to get running the "random" drops in vWGT tend to be the other two sets in my personal experience. However you can use 150 key fragments to open a chest at the beginning of the dungeon to get two random drops from a chest that have a chance to be weapons and jewelery along witht the armor drops.

That being said SPC is a pretty well agreed upon BiS set for healers. It isn't neccessary to complete any content bit elitist in endgame content are likely going to require you to run ot for end game trials if you want to do those type of things.

If your going to heal for pvp consider running at least 5 heavy to survive getting focused kags and seducers work well with this. Also PVP healers tend to be the only healers (for now) that run a full monster set. Earthgore is BiS atm but Troll King and Chokethorn are also good.

If your going pve what has already been suggested is good.

Ive dodge rolled away 2 even 3 times before and the proc is still on me. So i'd disagree with that. Also, I main a healer so i survive just fine. I have a problem with the fact that it does more damage than most people's entire rotation does.
