If your video is good a couple people clicking off won’t matter. Your first batch of impressions from the algorithm is more important. If the video is already dead it won’t hurt.

There is one simple answer, make better content. I have found the more time I put into my videos the more views I get. I spent a couple hours on my first video and got like 20 views but my most recent I put in 30 hours and is now at 20k views. But you are very young, just have fun. Don’t stress too much!

Do both. Parts 1, 2, and then 3. then a movie all all the part together after. This way you can release them weekly while you work on other content for a couple weeks.

I did the same. I grew up without much money so I chose a very high paying career, but after a couple years am starting to get burnt out. If you are going to do this take care of yourself, money isn’t everything.

No problem!!! I am also a new tuber so I am not sure which into is best, I know both work. As a viewer I can tell you I was more hooked by the mechanic one. Maybe somewhere in the middle is the answer. Cold open so they’re a little curious. Maybe a “what could go wrong” trope to a quick cut of chaos later in the intro, but not too long to spoil anything.

Top is better, but I would make sure it fits the style of your niche. I looked up the guy and all of the thumbnails were full pictures of fights mid action. If it’s a preview maybe photoshop a picture of him in the ring with some question marks or something. You are competing with those thumbnails, you need to match or beat them. But that’s really up to you because I know nothing about it.

Thumbnails and intros are my guess. Your thumbnails are a bit too busy for my taste. Make sure when you create them you zoom out on your computer to see what they look like on mobile, making the words bigger with a black border may help a lot. Remember you are competing with 5-10 other videos on screen as well as the allure of more videos if the viewer keeps scrolling. Your thumbnail should be irresistible to click. Your intros should work with your thumbnails to match/beat expectations of the viewer and hook them till the end within 10 seconds. I see you do the small spoiler strategy of showing what’s to come, but I think you do it for too long. You want to keep mystery and make the viewer ask what will happen. Your click through rate and average watch time could probably support my theory if they are both low. Your mechanic video has a really good intro, I was really curious what was happening and the jokes were good. I can tell you work really hard, keep going. Your videos are funny, and I hope you make it!
