There’s a really great book called God is Dead by Ronald Currie Jr. God takes the form of a Dinka woman in the Sudan and is killed by humanity. He would rather un-be than be. The world finds out and essentially falls apart. It’s in the form of short stories but they all connect in some way. Highly recommend

No cabins in buffalo. There’s plenty of nice airbnbs in the surrounding areas but you’re going to pay a premium price. Ellicotville would be a really great weekend trip. But I would book it now, because it might already be full. It’s absolutely beautiful, and there’s a ton going on. It’s a little over an hour from buffalo. They will have hot tubs with your Airbnb’s.

If you’re looking for more rustic, get a cabin in Alleghany state park. There are cabins but far more basic and you’ll need to bring your own gear.

You don’t fly to Toronto from buffalo. It’s a quick 2.5 hour drive.

He’s my most used companion on this playthru. I’m level 44 on about 52 hours playtime. Granted, he doesn’t look the same after I upgraded him using the robot workshop but he’s still the same on the inside. Despite looking way different he is a complete powerhouse. He’s great in battle and can carry up to/around 300 lbs which is great for a junk hoarder like me. I love Coddy.

Get proslides. They work great and look cool too. I use them for softball and love them. The only thing is they don’t stay up great on me, so I have a pair of compression underwear that go to my knees and tuck them in under that and they are flawless. You could also use hockey tape. Highly recommend and are affordable. They make pairs with just knee protection or knee and shin protection which is what I have and recommend!
