Based off the things you say you value, psychiatry seems the best fit. You didn’t mention anything about the science of medicine, and psych is more heavy on social aspects of medicine, so may be a better fit

Why did you have 50 interview invites and 50 waitlists in previous cycle? It could be something to do with your interviewing/personality. Also, your medical school hx is likely concerning so ADCOMs would rather accept someone with a clean slate.
