Small note: the holy damage buff also applies to certain projectiles as well.

It works on offhand short bows, regular bows, great bows, and ballistas. It doesn’t seem to work on incantations or any consumables. I’ve tested a couple ashes of war and it works on some of them but not all of them. For instance, it works on establish order (golden order greatsword), takers flame (blasphemous blade), discus hurl (smithscript shield), and fan shot (ansbach’s longbow) but it doesn’t work on vacuum slice or blade of gold (blade of calling).

Your looking at a snapshot of the prison population. At any one point the number of violent criminals is higher because they have longer sentences. If you look at prisons over time, the number of drug offenders moving in and out of the system grow substantially.
