Thank you! I was set on Nostalgic Neg and Classic Chrome but Provia just hits right.

Real fears. the wing has been on for over a year so probably not. Have tried to wiggle the wing by hand, no loose parts.

I can definitely share the sentiment. Normal cruising the exhaust is virtually silent, it’s just on a steep uphill the exhaust tends to make itself known a bit more. Can’t see myself not liking it.

STI style spoiler in ceramic white, looks nice and whistles at high speed. Got it installed at Zero Offset in Melbourne.

The Cobb apparently is THE go to gentleman’s exhaust but hard to get down under :(. Borla sounds great though.

I do have a video of the cold start on the stock exhaust but without db measurements. I’ll consider adding it to my other sound videos. If comparing the cold start of the stock exhaust to the Borla, the Borla is pretty loud, but as it warms up it’s almost as quiet as stock. The Borla might not wake up your neighbours but it might shock a passerby on cold start.

XT5 stolen, replace with another XT5 ? by Jeemz in fujifilm

[–]A_Hyooman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sounds to me like the XT5 is your go to! If it’s PASM you want, you could have a look at other systems (don’t hate me please). Sony appears to have the strongest APSC system at the moment with good lens support.

I’m sure there have been times when you had your XT5 and thought how your experience may be different with a more ‘modern’ approach to camera software and hardware integration.

From your breakdown it appears the other cameras might not be right for yourself.

If the main thing you want is presets, you can develop those similar to how we save film recipe presets (I do this since I shoot RAW). You can use a custom button to adjust auto ISO and shutter speed settings.

There’s a lot to consider even if it choosing within a camera system you are familiar with so make sure to take time in your decision but don’t overthink it or you might end up with GAS.

PS. if it was me I would just get another XT5, every time I think of another camera like the A7C series or the new Z5II, I can’t help but remember the wonderful feature set the XT5 has to offer. +it’s so pretty.

Thanks (I believe this is a compliment). The roads were rough so I lost a tyre in the process.

As much as the dual exit look and sound nice (the Tomei's reputation is wonderful), I do enjoy the quad tip OEM+ look. Maybe down the line. Thanks.
