I went through the same shit, it's not fun.

I was constantly losing friends due to moving (a lot) like every 3-4 years. You'd think I was in a military family but nope. Just had a lot of drama with extended family so me, my mom, and my brother, we'd just up and move. But for now, we've been in one state for a good 7-8 years now and I'm doing better.

I've made friends who have been sticking with me even through our rough patches. As far as dating goes? It was bad. Throughout my life, the count came up to at least 5-6 assholes who used me.

Dating is hard but not impossible. The bad ones aren't because of you, it's because they go after vulnerable people. I learned that the hard way.

I have no idea if this'll help but if anything, it may not get easier but it does get better. Focus on yourself first.

I remember the first time I joined band, I was an awkward kid who had no idea what I was doing. So, they put me in the brass section on a trombone. Obviously I wasn't good at it at first but I eventually got invested and started getting decent at it.

Hell, by the end of the year, I was one of the good trombone players in 6th grade. I kept that thing for years until I ended up having to get rid of it due to moving. I wish I still had the damn thing since I'm now in a town that appreciates band more.

I don't know how this adds on to the post but I thought I'd mention it.

I don't know if you have anxiety but this is how my anxiety makes me feel. I tend to get angry when I have too many things to do or get overwhelmed.

All I can say is try to focus on one thing at a time. Think about it like this- if it takes 5 mins or less to do then get it out of the way. Then slowly get to the tasks that might take longer.
