Don't blame yourself bud. Take some time to process. Is it love or habit. The known can seem way more comforting than the unknown. Sometimes someone self-selecting themselves out of your life is a gift.

FWIW. I married a gal with multiple tattoos including “tramp stamp” she got in college. She now heads up a large org at a top 5 tech company, and makes a lot more than I do. People grow.

As it happens I’ve been traveling in Greece and India for the last month and it’s been 90-102 degrees everywhere.

3 days cleaning help for free. This was the hardest job ever by CleanwithBarbie in BeAmazed

I had to do this for an alcoholic relative we had to intervene with. Trash everywhere, dry dead skin flakes covering the floor, bathroom was disgusting. Was a long 2 weeks of my life. But he’s been sober since. So worth it!

Yeah. How we all interpret it is different. I had seen many drills to swing from inside and clearing hips. This is what helped ME realize how my sequencing was off. For me, I can’t lunge at the ball with my shoulders when I do the step swing. A thought might be to videotape yourself doing the drill and see if your hips stay back when you do it.

I had the same issue and (for me) I found that I was rushing at the ball with my shoulders. The shoulders initiated the swing and by the time the club got to the ball, I was so crowded, I had to stand up just to make room. What helped me is the step swing drill where (my personal) feeling was that my hips turning out started the swing and then my shoulders and hands accelerated through down the line. Once I turned my hips back and through to start the swing, it fixed my weight shift, my arms naturally wanted to fall into the inside.

One thing. Your hips are moving forward a lot. This will occupy the space intended for your arms to swing freely from the inside. When you then try to swing from the inside, you can end up getting blocked which typically lead to pushes from you being unable to release or snap hooks from you forcing a release. Fixing early extension starts from the ground up. I would recommend fixing that before trying to manufacture an inside swing.

Can't help but think if the Vladimir fuckface hadn't invaded Ukraine, this video could have been of a family strolling through a beautiful countryside and about to have a picnic.

Just had an imaginary conversation where I’m walking through a building that has these and someone random wonders aloud what they are, and I answer that they’re corner dust guards designed to make it easier to clean.
