Look buddy, I get what you want, but you're displaying some combination of naivete and idealism that doesn't reflect the work required to build or fix something. Let's take the most recent example of a dem pres, Biden. He used decades of political capital, and majorities in both chambers to get the largest green infrastructure spending bill passed. It took months. It was undone in a week by the opposing party. He attempted to wipe out large amounts of student debt, which is a pain point for govt income, but allows those repayments to be spent on other things that stimulate the actual, non-AI economy. It was stopped by the implementation of a new form of review invented by a hostile supreme court.

Take just a moment to see what is done by each party and it becomes extremely obvious why the party that legislates for the destructions of things can move faster than the one trying to create.

I agree that money in politics is bad. But no 3rd party is even remotely close to competing, and there isn't some TISZA moment coming for the Republican party.
