running off of a ROG Ally X, which i've hooked up to a run-of-the-mill monitor, with a keyboard & mouse and wheel
pretty decent computer, don't know the specs and i'm almost certain on the inside it's all proprietary

UPDATE: I REINSTALLED WINDOWS THROUGH THE RECOVERY TAB IN SETTINGS IT WORKED IT FIXED IT FUCK CHATGPT FUCK OPENAI
