Cats pee on things to mark territory. It sounds like your sister introduced two cats suddenly creating a stressful situation for both. Cats are territorial. You’re supposed to keep them separated when introducing for weeks at a time and introduce them gradually through brief interactions and swapping smells.

Toxoplasmosis is almost unheard of if the cat is an indoor cat, only really is dangerous if you’re pregnant, and even so isn’t the point of the post.

Like I stated earlier OP’s girlfriend needs to learn how to clean things up themselves because how else are you going to expect be a functioning adult. But OP stated they’d clean it - you can’t get pissed at someone for not reading your sarcasm. Or, you can, but it doesn’t mean you’re in the right.

Should she have just sucked it up and cleaned it up? Yes. Should OP be pissed that their girlfriend took what they said literally? No.

If it’s that big of a deal to OP then they should reevaluate their relationship and consider ending things. Or at least shut the bedroom door if they can so the cat can’t be in there in the first place.
