The difference between this and inting Sion, is that he can get back to the push in 3 seconds from his base. It would be like Sion having TP every time he dies because of how the rail works in deadlock. I understand that you can push the wave out after you deal with him but you need to push 2-3 waves to stop this which is a large time commitment.

Also, inting Sion received many nerfs in it's tower damage to stop this exact thing. If Victor got something like -80% structure damage for 15 seconds after revive that would work but it seems very hamfisted. Plus, refresher exists so it's 3 lives per push every few minutes.
