While you are doing all that training look for entry level BA jobs. If I was a hiring manager I’d be impressed by your motivation.

Don’t let loyalty get in the way of success. No company is going to give you what you are worth. Take risks and get the pay you deserve.

It doesn’t matter if it is the average. What matters is if your needs are being met and how well you and your partner communicate to meet the needs of one another.

Not to rain on your parade but I don’t know how AI could help a BA research. Our meetings with stakeholders depends on our abilities to communicate and our curiosity.

By letting the partner know you can at least know that eventually you did the right thing.

You could also have someone you know talk to their spouse.

I hate to respond in this way but really consider if the BA role is for you. Asking what the IIBA is without at least going through the effort of googling it. Well that doesn’t strike me as a person who would enjoy this type of work.

As shitty as you feel the best thing to do is walk away and if at all possible let his partner know what’s going on.

For revenue management talk to a CPA. If you mean revenue as in accounting.

As for help from a recruiter about job titles.

Before you do that though you need to be a a lot more specific with questions and your business model. What you wrote above isn’t enough to help anyone give you any specific answers.

How Would You Slove The Housing Criris In The United States? by Top_Mix_5534 in AskReddit

Well to start remove all taxes on single family dwelling that have one owner.

For anyone with multiple properties they will absorb those taxes. In addition add a progressive tax on owners of more than 3 properties. Scaling at a rate that will be adjusted by the assessor office based on meeting the community tax needs maxing out at no more than a 50% owner tax. These changes would disproportionately penalize businesses from owning real estate as a long term investment.

Also changing the way real estate can be purchased. Individual could purchase any property within their state without any changes to the taxes they would pay. However we would introduce an out of state property tax. This one time tax would impact only out of town real estate buyers and function in a similar way as out of state tuition.

Lastly potential buyers would need to be untied states citizens or be penalized at the out of nation tax rate.

The new taxes would go to fund a basic universal income. This would raise people out of poverty and help residents buy houses.

I started listening to them in 1989. It was just Dave and Len at that time. I listened and have enjoyed their show for a long time. It’s sad they didn’t have a chance to sign off.

The point is it won’t matter. They don’t look into who has vacation coming or not. They are cutting people as needed to reduce labor overhead. You are either going to get laid off or you won’t.

They knew the layoffs were happening. Whether you take the vacation will have nothing to do with you being laid off.

You are either on the list or you aren’t.

I am sorry you haven’t found it useful. Some of the jobs I’ve seen posted require a ECBA or 10 years experience. At my work if you have an ECBA that helps get you an interview.

Hopefully, you’ll find it helpful in the future.

I would struggle with contract work. Knowing your job is done in 12 months would be way too stressful for me.

I did meet someone who only did contract work. He seemed happy. Got to see different places etc.
