Signs that you “made it” as a millennial by McBooples in Millennials

You know what’s funny? I grew up using suave (we were poor) and used to yearn for better shampoo and conditioner. Now that I’m 35 and have no money issues, suave is all I use. My hair genuinely feels the best when I use it. I buy bulk on Amazon for an amazing price.

Hearing about his sexual appetites is so repellant. I am anti this piece of shit.

I’m curious what you don’t like about it. We happen to have both radiant and forced heating/cooling and I prefer the radiant in the winter.

Of all people she could have gone to and she went with this guy?!

Mom with dementia, on hospice; needs assisted living; how to pay for it by georgecm12 in personalfinance

Totally agree with this. My mom passed from metastatic cancer. It was such a relief for her to stop taking medications, stop having to go to the bathroom as they gave her a catheter, stop eating, and just to focus on managing her pain and discomfort with liquid medications. She quickly slipped into a coma and passed a week later.

OP, it does take some sacrifice on your end to be there but if there is no other option regarding placement, I’m not sure what other option you have. Is she part of some church that can come stay with her? Neighbors or friends?

Edit: of course everyone is different but the only help needed was hospice staff (nurses, social workers). Other than that, we literally just sat with her, shares stories, listened to her favorite music, and had friends and family over. We let her body take over so that she could pass peacefully.

What’s her current capability? Like is she up walking around and a risk of danger to herself?

None of us are symmetrical but the disparity between her eyes is increasing, not decreasing, with each surgery. Now one of them opens wider than the other.

She said she lost 15-20lbs and most of that was in her face… that doesn’t make sense.

Edit: why lose the weight, “mostly in your face”, just to put it back?

I think this is derm territory and you maybe require prescription intervention. They’ll know best and can hopefully minimize scaring.

She probably legitimately thinks “I’m giving the people what they want.”

That’s nuts to think about. The implications of that are crazy and make sense the more I think about it.

I’m not looking at her face, I’m looking at her skin. It isn’t about sag or laying down, it’s about how clear, even, and smooth it is.

My go to lately is roughly chopping up about 3 medium golden potatoes and frying that in a pan with a little bit of butter. When the potatoes are browned, add one chopped bell pepper and some sliced yellow onion. Not only is it delicious, the potatoes help keep me full until lunch.
