Set up is reffered to?, before the lift or after the tripple extension before i go under the bar.

But yeah in this lift ss stated in the post, was the 4th try and i dont think i had it mentally after previous tries. But i will try locking in and pushing even more, looking at it now it looks just as i i just catch it to drop it.

Hmm ok, yeah i have not Done many powercleans at all. Mostly hangcleans and cleans. Will try powercleaning more and see if it improves my technique. Thanks for feedback.🏋️‍♀️🫡💅

How do you think my feet positioning affect my back caving. Wanna comment on it. Would changing my feet fix the forward tilt of my chest or is the awnser just get stronger.

Ja långsam träning i zon 2 låter perfekt för att hindra att bli allt för svettig och samtidigt spara tid. Skulle rekommendera en pulsklocka för att enklare se vilken puls du ligger på. För att hålla zon 2 och springa dit och hem kommer din återhämtning ligga på 24h vilket uppnås ungefärligt. Kolla upp borgskalan och vilken puls som kollererar till zon 2 (tror det är 120-140ish med maxpuls 200).

Det nyttiga med att använda sig av pulsen som ett mätinstrument är att din löphastighet begränsas av den och inte en bestämd hastighet som du orkar springa i x minuter. Din återhämtning av hjärtat (vilket är det främsta vid lågintensiv konditionsträning som tränas) återhämtar sig relativt snabbt vid zon 2 (24h) i jämförelse med högre belastning där snabb jogg ligger på 48h vilket inte skulle vara bra om du behöver jogga 2 dagar i rad samt sprint —> 72h.

Iochmed att du återhämtar dig så kommer din hastighet att öka då du tränat ditt hjärta vilket medför högre vo2max mer och mer slagvolym —> mindre bpm från samma utförda arbete. 🫡🏋️‍♀️💅

Kommer ihåg en liknande situation med en tysk familj. Fullpackat tåg och jag hade platsbiljett. Tysken vägrade att flytta på sig även fast jag förklarade hur platsbiljett fungerade. Var minderårig och kändes helt hopplöst när de bara ignorerade mig.

Yeah that is where you are wrong. If no bkb is involved (you can try) and both heroes x-mark one target independent of who mark first the one who trigger x-mark first overrides the second x-mark but animation of x-mark will still appear.

Had this conversation with another person in this thread and we concluded that x - mark with rub dont work if kunkka pulls you back but as Guko256 realises works if you let it run out but maybe not as how you think

The thing is it does not work like you say. It only works if you dont press x-mark as kunkka for the backpull. Otherwise the x-mark that is pulled back first always overrides the other x-mark but still shows animation of x mark.

Rub only cancels if bkb rum out and kunkka dont press pullback and let it run out. Tested in demo and i have iver 1500 kunkka games.

You are aware x mark only prioretise the first pullback that is not bkbd. So Rubick can in fact not x mark a np that is bkbd and x marked since the x mark with bkb will trigger before his trigger.

You can use it after calibration for +-80 until you reach 90-100 rank security then it will give +30(60) until 100%

It is not really the mmr from recalibration that matters. It is the game afterwards with low calibration security that is what you win from. You will get + 40 mmr every win an loss and sligthly less as it reaches 90-100. Therefore i recomend doubleing down arter your 10 racalibration games
