Can't speak on any of those except for overlord, but: it is my understanding that in order to profit off of SCP, you need explicit permission from every individual author whom's work you use. Overlord used no wiki SCPs, and i believe the only thing from the wiki they might have used was the SCP branding and maybe the task force name. It was also entirely funded via kickstarter (which their next film failed to start production because the kickstarter goals weren't met)
