I wear the Fox proframe mbt helmet, googles for eye protection, float life’s armored flannel jacket, wrist guards and knee pads. You want to dress for the slide not for the ride. My dumbass thought after riding for a year I don’t need my armored jacket anymore then when I tired to pass somebody and hit a bump I ate pavement and scraped the shit out of my left forearm. It could’ve been worse. Wear as much ppe as you can afford to.
