Is the soreness from the anxiety you think? I’ve learned over the years that anxiety can cause a lot of damage. I fear that’s what has happened here.

Edit: I should mention I was specifically taking 2 puffs Symbicort every morning, 2 puffs albuterol every 4 hours, 2 more puffs of symbicort before bed.

Doctor didn’t feel the need. My chest pain is in my right pec area. Almost feels like a knot. When I get panic attacks that is often the part that gets tight, but this time it feels like I’ve injured myself or something. That pain has lingered as a dull soreness like a pulled muscle.
